SMOOTH! Our Columbian Buesaco (Narino) beans are SMOOTH! Our Columbian Buesaco (Narino) beans are from a micro-lot on the Lomo de Buey farm. These Arabica beans are fermented 28-36 hours, washed and sun-dried on raised beds for 16 days. The beans, traceable to the farm, have flavours of mandarin and pear with beautiful bright acidity and creamy body. Excellent in a French Press, pour-over, and espresso. Limited supply. We roast these beans to two different levels: Vienna (dark) and Full City (medium).
